Moshé
This book is about experiencing portrait: Moshé is a 90 year old rabi living in Brussels. I met him one evening in the street and asked him if I could make his portrait. During my first visit, once I had produced a few images, he asked me for some help when he takes his bath. I agreed, and it marked the beginning of a long process, during which time, on a weekly basis, I had the enormous privilege to photograph him near consistently. From then, our meetings were predominently focused on the rituals surrounding bathtime.
